What are your delivery times?

Orders are prepared and shipped within 24/48 hours. Once shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. Delivery time in Spain is 24/48 hours. For the rest of the European Union countries, it is between 3 and 7 business days.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout before confirming your purchase. Orders over €75 qualify for free shipping within the European Union.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we currently ship to all European Union countries, and soon worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination country and are calculated at checkout.

How do I know what size to choose?

It is very important that you consult the size guide on each product page before placing your order. If you have any questions, please email us at info@diabolusapparel.com before placing your order.

What is your return and cancellation policy?

We accept returns within 14 calendar days from the delivery of the last item in the order, provided that the garment is unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags. Likewise, if your order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it at any time before it is prepared. You can request this directly from your customer account, or by contacting us at support@diabolusapparel.com.

Can I change my size?

Yes, we accept size changes within 14 calendar days from the delivery of the last item in the order, subject to stock availability. You can proceed with the return of the product directly from your customer account, or by contacting us at support@diabolusapparel.com. Shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

How should I wash the garments?

To preserve the print, we recommend washing the garment inside out at a maximum of 30°C, without using a dryer and without ironing directly on the design. Proper care ensures that the colors and print last as long as the garment. We recommend following the instructions on the clothing care labels.
