Frequently Asked Questions

What are your delivery times?

Orders are prepared and shipped within 24/48 hours. Once shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Delivery time within Spain is 24/48h. For the rest of the European Union, between 3 and 7 business days.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout before you confirm your purchase. Orders over €75 qualify for free shipping within the European Union.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we currently ship to all European Union countries, and soon worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination country and are calculated at checkout.

How do I know which size to choose?

It's very important to check the size guide on each product page before placing your order. If you have any doubts, email us at info@diabolusclothing.com before ordering.

What is your return and cancellation policy?

We accept returns within 14 calendar days from the delivery of the last item in your order, provided the garment is unused, unwashed and with its original tags. Likewise, if your order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it at any time before it is prepared. You can request this directly from your customer account, or by contacting us at info@diabolusclothing.com.

Can I change my size?

Yes, we accept size exchanges within 14 calendar days from the delivery of the last item in your order, subject to stock availability. You can proceed with the return directly from your customer account, or by contacting us at info@diabolusclothing.com. Shipping costs are covered by the buyer.

How should I wash the garments?

To preserve the print, we recommend washing the garment inside out at a maximum of 30°C, without tumble drying and without ironing directly over the design. Proper care ensures the colors and print last as long as the garment itself. We recommend following the instructions on the garment's care labels.

I have a problem with my order. What should I do?

Write to us at info@diabolusclothing.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We're committed to replying within 24h on business days.
